The villa’s entrance has a striking double height that is emphasised by continuous verticals and horizontals, and natural accents inside the house distort the perception of the inside and exterior.

Elegance is added to the area by the lighting fixtures and the intricate stair features. Large mashrabiya panels in the formal hall give the villa’s overall modern style a touch of Arabic flair. A comfortable and entirely personalised environment is created on all sides of the wine lounge.

Contrasting materials produce a unique atmosphere while maintaining an air of elegance. Highlights include entire planes, emphasising how generous the design is. Lighting fixtures draw attention to the core, double-height living area.
