1 – AD16-001, Abu Dhabi

Art NOVO supplied construction and fit-out services for this approximately 1100 SQM refurbishment project.

The rehabilitation and refurbishment of the current service facilities, family setup area, 9 bedrooms, guest bedroom, two living spaces, dining room, Gents Majlis and Ladies Majlis were all part of the scope of work.

Additional construction included demolishing the old dry store, drinking lines, and water supply in order to create a central heating system.

2 – Al Riyadh Villa, Abu Dhabi

Art NOVO was chosen as the architect consultant and General Contractor to provide design consultancy and construction services for a new luxury property that exceeded the client’s expectations.

The house will have a built area of 900 SQM and will include five bedrooms with dressing areas and bathrooms, a Majlis, formal and family dining rooms, and services such as a main kitchen, laundry, maid and driver quarters, and a dry store.
